Faithdean Reconstruction Services were appointed to the refurbishment of this 1930’s detached property which had suffered severe fire damage to the roof and first floor structure. There was also severe water damage throughout. It was necessary to erect a temporary roof over the property and to provide temporary structural support to the first floor. |

Once the property was made safe and secure, it was stripped out and dried out with dehumidification equipment. The remedial works included the renewal of the roof structure, structural repairs to the first floor, followed by the total reinstatement of the property. New windows, internal partitions, ceilings, moulded cornices, staircase, finishing's and decorations were installed. |
