Faithdean Reconstruction Services. were appointed to undertake the reinstatement of three industrial units of steel portal construction following impact and fire damage. Extensive damage had occurred to the internal areas, including some wall and roof damage. |

Reinstatement works included repairs to the profiled sheet roof panels and glazed cladding to the front elevation. The structure was cleaned of smoke deposits and redecorated internally and externally. Partitions, joinery and finishing’s were replaced, including kitchen installation. |

All service installations were replaced and the front roller shutter removed and replaced by a Specialist. External paved areas cleared and left free of debris. Contract Period: 11No weeks Contract Value: £80,000 |
