Faithdean Reconstruction Services. were called upon to provide an emergency and reinstatement service following the major flood disaster in Carlisle. Stripping out and dehumidification works were the first tasks until we were appointed to reinstate 15 properties, some of which were Grade 2 Listed Buildings. |

Prior to the works commencing, Listed Building Consents had to be obtained, which involved liaison with the local Conservation Officer. |

Following the drying out process, remedial works included renewal of suspended floors, new cornices and plaster mouldings, bathroom and kitchen renewals, joinery replacement, internal and external redecorations. Plumbing, heating and electrical services were all removed and replaced. |
